Here are instructions to clear cache.

This will remove any saved passwords that might be preventing you from being able to sign in.

When you clear your cache and cookies, all of this information gets deleted. That means that any passwords you've entered on a website will need to be re-entered and the load time of previously visited sites will increase because it needs to load the content of the webpage again.


Every web page saves some information on your computer, in a cache, to help pages load quicker. Sometimes there is a need to clear the browser's cache to ensure you're receiving fresh information. To clear your cache, first try the quick approach and press CTRL+F5 on a PC or CMD+Shift+R on a Mac.


If the quick approach doesn't help, find the name of the browser you use below and then follow the corresponding steps from inside that browser.
 
Mozilla Firefox 

  1. On your keyboard, strike the following keys simultaneously: (PC) Ctrl, Shift, Delete or (Mac) CMD, Shift, Delete. This will bring up the “Clear Recent History” dialog box.
  2. Make sure the first option “Time range to clear” is set to “Everything.”
  3. If you do not see options to select beneath the “Details” heading, then press the arrow next to “Details.” 
  4. Make sure the following selections have a check mark next to them: Browsing & Download History, Form & Search History, Cookies, Cache, Active Logins (the remaining selections should not have check marks next to them). 
  5. Click the “Clear Now” button at the bottom 
  6. Restart your browser


Google Chrome 

  1. On your keyboard, strike the following keys simultaneously: (PC) Ctrl, Shift, Delete or (Mac) CMD, Shift, Delete. This will bring up the “Clear browsing data” dialog box. 
  2. Select the "Basic" section
  3. Make sure the first option “Time range” is set to “All time” 
  4. Make sure the following selections have a check mark next to them: Browsing history, Cookies and other site and plug-in data, Cached images and files, Passwords, Autofill form data, Content licenses (the remaining selections should not have check marks next to them). 
  5. Click the “Clear data” button toward the bottom 
  6. Restart your browser




Alternate In Chrome (Some versions)

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More .
  3. Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

  1. Click the Menu icon Menu icon at the top-right corner of the screen, then click Settings.

  2. Click on Privacy, search, and services from the list of options on the left-hand side under Settings.

  3. Scroll down to Clear browsing data and click Choose what to clear.

  4. Change the Time range at the top to All Time and check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files. Then, click Clear now.
